On the other hand, luxurious properties are priced more than 1000 Euro per square meter. Bansko is the country's leading resort, since it has the most modern centre for skiing and most wonderful amenities compared to all the other ski resorts of Bulgaria. During the current years, a multi-million investment on the construction of a new area for skiing has been made by a company. This town has the best record of snow and, it has the longest season for skiing, which lasts from December to May. When the issue is regarding the highest increase in property values, Sunny Beach tops the other summer resorts. And when it comes to property offers, Sunny Beach also has the highest supply, as compared to the other resorts near coastal areas. Sunny Beach is a popular holiday destination during the season of summer. The broad strip of beach measures more than eight kilometers by thirty to sixty miles. The golden sand is fine, while the sea is calm and, has no tides. The revitalizing air carries the mountain's freshness, while the sea breeze makes the hot days bearable. The best months of the year are during May to October. Agents of properties have said that the market of vacation property, during the year 2007, will not see huge developments. This is because several investors are anticipated to be included with the establishment of spa centers.
