You can reach the city by air, through its international airport. You can also reach it by sea, through its cruise terminal port. And, you can go to Varna by land, through its train station and, through automobiles. Aside from these, there are also several bus lines going to the city. The beaches of the city, which is also called as “sea baths,” contain small amounts of water with sulphuric mineral. This water source is used for public showers, spas and, swimming pools. The Asparuhov bridge, which measures 2.05 kilometers long and 50 meters high, is a well known location for bungee jumping. One of the natural beautiful spots of Varna is Pobiti Kamani, which is composed of rock columns and, is considered as a rock phenomenon. According to Varna's association of real estate, as reported by the Dnevnik daily, the absence of properties on storage, industrial and retail areas within the coastal city of Bulgaria will make the location close to the airport a hit with the property market. As what Dnevnik daily has said, the areas near the airport have vacant agricultural lands, which are near the city and have easy access to the roads. A lot of investors have been interested with the area. According to Dnevnik, the region is expected to turn into a large industrial complex during the coming years. When it comes to transport connections, this area near the international airport of Varna is considered as the best in the country of Bulgaria. This is because of the varied transportation means found within the city like; the sea port, the airport, the railway station, the ferry station and, the two highways. Of Varna properties, which are located near the airport, almost fifty percent of them are for sale. A lot of the property sites are found on each sides of the highway of Hemus, which measures from six thousand to twenty-five thousand square meters. The highest value per square meter of this certain property has reached up to 52 Euro. The average value, during the month of October 2006, has ranged from thirty to forty-five Euro per square meter.
