Bistritza Gardens to Rise in Sofia
Bistritza Gardens, a residential structure to be built in Sofia, has launched construction. A project of Gardens Group, Bistritza Gardens is the second closed-type housing complex to be built in the area. The group is comprised of foreign investors and is working through Bistritza Gardens Ltd. It had successfully completed Sofia Gardens and is now focusing on its big plans for Bistritza Gardens.
The housing complex is located at the heart of the Bistritza village. It is only six kilometers from the ring road of Sofia and about 25 minutes to 35 minutes away from downtown Sofia.
Aside from the ideal location, Bistritza Gardens’ surrounding is also ideal for family living. The developers have seen to it that spacious green areas are available for kids to play in. The group has also promised streets that are clean and maintained daily. This will attract more people who are particular about healthy surroundings.
Security guards are also available round the clock for the home owners. Bistritza Gardens will be secured with a fence. Two entry areas will be provided so both the residents and their visitors will have convenient access to the location. But according to the developers, these amenities do not indicate high property rates. A house in the complex will range from 220,000 euro to 340,000 euro, inclusive of vat.
Every house in the residential complex will be built with its own two-car garage and a yard. Six different house types are offered with lot areas varying from 408 square meters to 700 square meters. Other features include a spa and fitness centers and playground.
